Solar

My wife and I are very excited about installing solar panels on our home. The company we chose, Sunergy Systems, won't be able to install them until September. Not only are they busy, but the panels and other equipment needed are backordered. I guess that is a good sign, as more and more people are going solar.

I'm most excited about the monitoring software. It is called eGuage, and from the limited research I've done, it will allow me to display our solar panels data in real time. The plan is to do it on this page, so I'll update it when the panels are installed!

This page will also have a breakdown on the payback of the system, carbon footprint offsets, etc... In short, this will be the "all things solar" page.
