This chart shows the lifetime energy use of our home, starting in March of 2014.
As you can see my electrical provider, Seattle City Light, encourages energy conservation by charging two different rates. The first 10 kWh per day in Summer months (Apr-Sep) and the first 16 kWh per day in Winter months (Oct-Mar) are priced at $0.0506/kWh. Everything above 10 kWh/16 kWh per day is priced at $0.1149/kWh.
